Q: What type of parts do you sell?
A: We sell many types of fittings, adapters, and complimentary components. Complimentary parts include, but are not limited to, clamps and seals, tubing and hoses, tools, gauges, valves, glues, and other parts that are involved in fluid or air connections. From our home page, you can filter for parts from different categories. We proudly stock items that are very difficult to find anywhere else. We have more selection, more applications, and competititve pricing compared to local specialty retailers.
Q: Where do your parts come from?
A: We carry many fittings under the Dynapex brand, but also source high quality components from suppliers who we've worked with before. Our items are manufactured globally. All items come with a full manufacturer warranty.
Q: How can I find the part or product I'm looking for?
A: There are two ways to find a part: (i) start from the category section on the home page and select the category of fittings or components you're looking for; (ii) in the search bar on the top of the page search for your item description or part number.
Q: Will my part match the picture exactly?
A: We guarantee the specifications listed in the part description, but the actual item may differ slightly from the picture. For instance, there may be slight variations in length of a fitting if length is not described as a specification.
Q: I'm interested in ordering online is your website secure?
A: Yes! We use PayPal as our payment processor, which uses the latest encryption technology to keep your information secure.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30 day return or exchange policy. For orders over $50 we charge a 15% restocking fee on returns for refunds.
Q: Can you send me a paper catalog?
A: Currently, we do not use a paper catalog. All of our parts are listed on our online store which is continually updated for selection and stock. If you're looking for a particular part and can't find it on our website, please send us an email at sales@fittings.space.

A: Sure - just enter the part number in the search bar at the top of the page.
Q: Do you offer additional discounts for large orders?
A: Yes, please click on Request Quote in the top menu and submit the RFQ form. A team member will get back to you with pricing information.
